KEXP at Home Sessions - Amor Elefante.

Live Session Direction

About the project

I directed two live sessions for KEXP in the Dome of the Centro Cultural Kirchner (CCK) in Buenos Aires, featuring Amor Elefante and Las Ligas Menores.
Part of KEXP Live from Argentina, a global broadcast series connecting Seattle’s iconic independent station with Latin America’s vibrant music scene.
The CCK’s architecture and atmosphere became part of the storytelling — a luminous space where sound and image met halfway.
Each session aimed to present Argentine indie music to the world not just as performance, but as a living cultural statement — raw, emotional, and deeply local.

KEXP (90.3 FM) is one of the most influential voices in global music culture.
Through its Live on KEXP sessions, the station has transformed how live music is experienced — combining performance, storytelling, and cinematography. (kexp.org)
Live from Argentina marked KEXP’s first collaboration with Latin America, in partnership with the Ministry of Culture of Argentina and the Centro Cultural Kirchner.
Being part of this project meant bridging worlds: translating the intimacy of live sound into image, and sharing the pulse of Buenos Aires with the world.
