Benito Cerati ft. GURISE "Quiero Tengo"
Music Video
About the project
In Quiero Tengo, Benito Cerati and I developed a concept that merges humor with the physical language of clown performance.
The video acts as a social satire — a playful yet sharp commentary on the obsession with consumerism that runs through third-world societies, all set against the surreal backdrop of an imagined solar storm.
Benito embodies a dark, cartoonish figure caught in this absurd universe, while GURISE appears as the distant friend offering honest advice.
Visually, we drew inspiration from early-2000s Argentine summer commercials and the bright, slightly deranged aesthetics of industrial pop design — turning nostalgia into critique.
